The fretting hand exercises I have been doing can be found on active bass - look for lesson 12692 - Playing Melodic Metal.
Over the coming week I'm going to use the speed from accuracy, creeping metronome and moments notice methods.
For the scales/exercises I have been doing I'll set some daily metronome speed targets as well.
